2. Data Officer

   Responsible for aligning and integrating Navitaire data governance and management efforts with the Amadeus Data Office. Organized data governance efforts to ensure high quality data is being provided to the right people, partners, and customers at the right time and in the right place. Worked with stakeholders and a data governance council to develop policies and procedures that streamline decision making and bring consistency.
3. Product Director of Data

   Developed, refined, and executed the data strategy at Navitaire. Led annual data maturity evaluations to measure progress across the organization. Designed and led creation of the next generation data platform enabling 40+ airlines to take advantage of data produced in Navitaire systems. Led ideation and development of new data products including event streaming, self-serve datasets, and synthetic data.

   Led a team of ~25 engineers across the United States and the Philippines. Responsibilities included day-to-day task management, mentoring, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continual learning. Led the re-architecture of the company's flagship web e-commerce framework used across the travel industry — targeting developers building custom reservation systems for airline, rail, and bus travel worldwide. Also built a developer portal as an after-hours initiative to strengthen third-party developer relations.

   Led all software and hardware efficiency efforts across the company. Built modules integrating with Sage MAS/90 ERP and UPS WorldShip, implemented the company's first B2B and B2C e-commerce presence, developed serial communications software for high-end audio hardware, and designed and maintained the network infrastructure.
